The awards ceremony was at The Regency Town House on Tuesday 18th May 2010.
The group of mystery judges visited hundreds and hundreds of Artist Open Houses around East Sussex over May weekends (Brighton, Hove, Ditchling, Rottingdean, Woodingdean, Firle, Lewes, Newhaven).
The judges got the shortlist down to 12 open houses.
‘Into The Woods’ is the only Fiveways artist open house on the list!

The Old Forge in Newhaven won Best Open House 2010. I have never been but have heard it is beautiful.
I am absolutely over joyed by the fact we are shortlisted. Fantastic news…now I need to think what to do for our next show/shop??

‘Poker Dogs’ By Mia Underwood. Needle Felted characters
Here I recreated the famous dogs playing poker with needle felted characters. Their costumes have been custom made and the furniture out of papier maché.
You can order a custom-made dog through Woodfolk. I can make them just like your own dog if you send me a photo. Call me on 07828151172 or email me.
4″ high = £45
7″ high = £65
To order a dog with clothes is an additional cost, prices will be calculated on request.
