This May 2011 we will be showcasing a new artist line-up.

Mia Underwood is the curator of ‘Into The Woods’ Artist Open House (in Fiveways, Brighton), and a member of The Fiveways Artist group. She shares some of the highlights from her May show this year.

Each year I search for new artists in East Sussex, London and beyond to exhibit their work in my show. This May, it will be bursting at the seams with beautiful 100% handmade artwork of all different trades running along the theme ‘Into The Woods’. We will have a basketmaker, woodsman, painters, fabric creature designers, ceramic artists, jewellers, papier maché artist….and lots lots more.

‘Into The Woods’ will be at a new location this May. It will be in a lovely shop location, we will be joining forces with FAIR shop who will also be selling a wonderful selection of exclusive Fair Trade clothing, accessories, and cards. Then to quench your thirst we will be serving delicious home made cakes with hot and cold drinks.

Come along this May 2011, it’s an event not to miss!
