We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including the Highlands, Scottish islands, and Northern Ireland.

£3.95 flat rate per order
Free delivery on orders over £50
How long it takes
Every keepsake is hand-painted to order, so there are two stages.
Making your keepsake: 10 working days from when we accept your order and you approve your proof.
Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or other courier.
We’ll email you when your order is on its way.
These are our usual timescales, but busy periods such as Christmas and Mother’s Day can take longer. If you need your keepsake by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can make it. Our last recommended order date for Christmas is the 10th December.
Please check your address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll need to charge postage to send it again.
Sending a gift
We’re happy to send your keepsake directly to someone else. Just enter their address at checkout. We don’t include prices or receipts in the parcel.
Damaged or lost parcels
We pack every keepsake carefully, but if yours arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at info@woodfolk.co.uk. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains what happens next.
